We are a fellowship of Christian believers, worshipping together in the heart of Shipley. Originally formed by the merger of the Bethel Baptist and Rosse Street Baptist Churches, we now meet on the site of the Rosse Street Baptist Church.
Our position in the centre of Shipley has given us a heart for our local community, and we actively seek ways of engaging with those around us. In particular we try to engage with families and children through our two toddler groups, Mums and Toddlers and Who Let The Dads Out? and our annual Holiday Club, run in conjunction with the Zephaniah Trust. We also believe that we have a responsibility to take care of the world in which we live. As part of that commitment we are a Fairtrade Church.
The fellowship is characterised by its family atmosphere and willingness to welcome anyone. We actively support, encourage and pray for one another. Food and eating together is a central part of our church life.
Sunday worship at 10.45am is a relaxed, contemporary service where children are made welcome.
