Chapel Allerton Baptist Church ("Chapel A") is a church of around 80 adults, 45 children and some teenagers. We meet in the local primary school. Chapel A is... talkative, involved, busy, musical, helpful, creative, accepting, brave and able to make mistakes, community-focused, welcoming and informal.
On Sundays the service begins around 10.30am with contemporary worship led by our music group. We then break for coffee before the second half of preaching/teaching when the children and young people have their own groups. We do lots in our community through youth work, a CAP (Christians Against Poverty) centre, and Carols in the Park.
