through planting, revitalising and reimagining.

Planting

Whether that be new church communities, new groups or new projects, God is the true vine, and we are called to plant His church wherever He calls us.

Revitalising

As well as planting new churches, we also want to breathe fresh life into our existing church communities, fired by the Holy Spirit.

Reimagining

God's word to us is alive and active today. Each day we encounter new things, new ways of seeing, new ways of understanding our living God. We feel a constant reimagining is required to make God's word heard today. This could take the form of different ways of doing church, and different ways of worshipping.

Five additional priorities that underpin our lead priority:

Leadership development (including continuing ministerial development)
Developing a pipeline of (younger) missional leaders
Creating new pathways into missional ministry
Promoting justice and encouraging diversity
Committing to communication and digital development

We recognise that the work in which we engage is not ours but God's, so underpinning all of our thinking and planning is a deep commitment to prayer as we seek to identify God's unfolding purposes and partner with Him in His work.
