What is this section of the website?

This is the place for YBA staff to submit a request for project support.

Please complete the form as directed and be aware of the lead times and use the ‘Day One Approach’ to maximise a turnaround schedule.

Day One Approach

We’re taking a ‘Day One Approach’ to maximise the turnaround time for your project request.

This means that from the day we know something is taking place we can begin to envisage the communication needs.

E.g. A ministers conference, we know we could need (for example):

  • Sign up forms

  • Event design graphics

  • Event details on the website, social media & email

  • Programme

  • Administrative content (bookings, safeguarding, photo consents etc)

  • Power point templates

  • Banners
