Finance Manager
20 hrs per week

We are seeking an experienced individual to contribute to the excellent work undertaken by the YBA Staff Team as together we support the 100 Baptist churches that make up our network. The successful candidate will demonstrate drive and passion for operational excellence, with a particular focus on financial controls.

  • Our Finance Manager must have experience in managing accounts, ideally within the Charity sector.

  • They must be able to work with accounting software packages (our accounting systems are currently based in Xero), and be able to prepare and present financial information as required by the Regional Team Leader, Treasurer and other staff when needed.

  • They will work effectively within a small team, where mutual support is vital to the achievement of the organisation’s aims.

  • The role may also involve providing and presenting reports to our Board of Trustees.
