This is an initiative designed to be an ordinary and easy way to start talking about Jesus this Christmas.
Purchase your Candy Canes and print cards to help engage people with Jesus this Christmas.
We’ve heard so many wonderful testimonies from churches across the region who have made use of these resources. This year, YBA will not be distributing candy canes, so each local church will need to purchase their own directly. Once you’ve secured your candy canes, Please make the most of the resources available on this webpage.

Your Simple Steps
ONE - Purchase mini Candy Canes
You can do so from multiple places online. Please be aware it is your responsibility (not that of the YBA) to ensure the incredients are checked, safe for consumption and people are aware of candy cane ingredients.
TWO - Download and print the postcards
Download the post cards (links below) and have these printed.
THREE - Attach the Candy Canes to the Postcards
Use tape to attach the Candy Canes to the postcards so you can give them away.
FOUR - Equip your church
Empower your church to get out and share the Candy Canes with people, unpacking the mystery of them and sharing Jesus.

Download this postcard design (6 x 4 inches) to get printed yourselves by simply uploading it via the ‘Printer’ link and choose how many you wish.
Attach your Candy Canes to the blank space Candy Cane space on the card using a piece of tape .
A quality local printer like Instaprint and would recommend single sided, 250gsm uncoated so that people can write notes on if they wish

Download a poster (formatted for A3 or A4) to display in your church building/church notice board and places such as local community notice boards.
Craft
The file includes instructions and collage template that can be used to discuss the different elements of the candy cane and how they point to Jesus. The file can be downloaded as a pdf. Some images are in colour, but the file has been designed to work well printed in black and white if prefered. The file is 3 A4 pages.
