YBA ASSEMBLY & AGM

The YBA team are deeply thankful to God for the many stories we continue to hear—stories of what He is doing in and through our wonderfully diverse family of churches, in every place He has planted us. Together, we really are One Body with Many Stories—each unique, each significant, each part of something bigger.

The YBA Annual Assembly and AGM is our moment to pause and come together—to celebrate, to be encouraged, and to inspire one another. This year, we’re making that even more central, with dedicated space to share honest, hope-filled stories and to learn from one another.

You’ll hear how ordinary people, moved by the love of an extraordinary God, are shaping churches that are genuinely welcoming and making a real difference in the lives of people across our richly diverse communities.

We’re also delighted to welcome our keynote speaker, Dr Phoebe Owen, UK Team Leader of Intercultural Church. Phoebe brings a wealth of experience supporting churches growing in cultural and ethnic diversity. She also leads the “All In” ministry at Derby City Church, creating space for those with additional needs to worship. Alongside this, she works as a consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine. Phoebe will be sharing from her wide-ranging experience across these contexts.

There will be plenty of opportunity to connect with friends old and new, with time for conversation, encouragement, and fellowship over refreshments and a hot lunch.  We would love you to be part of this key moment in the YBA annual calendar.
