The Yorkshire Baptist Association (YBA) is seeking to appoint a new Regional Minister Team Leader.

We are looking for a well-rounded leader of strong Christian character, with a missional heart, relational approach, and clear strategic vision. The successful candidate will be inspirational and empowering, while also demonstrating empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to serving others.

This role calls for someone who can lead the YBA into its next season - stimulating pioneering initiatives while also supporting and encouraging a diverse network of Baptist churches and ministers across Yorkshire.

The person appointed will be committed to our direction of travel, with its focus on church planting, revitalisation, and re‑imagining church, as we seek both spiritual and numerical growth among God’s people.
